What follows is a live-action cartoon: Cactus Jack hatches plan after plan — each one more elaborate and each one more spectacularly self-defeating than the last — in the proud tradition of Wile E. Coyote at his most optimistic.
Kirk Douglas commits with magnificent, undignified enthusiasm to one of the most gloriously silly roles of his career, while a pre-Terminator Arnold Schwarzenegger demonstrates that his future lay in somewhat more menacing directions.
