Now stuck in limbo, he is assigned to help an awkward teenager named Lenny (Jason Gedrick) navigate 1980s high school. The problem is that Bobby’s idea of cool is twenty years out of date — and the cultural gap between his era and Lenny’s produces the film’s best comedy. A warm and genuinely funny 80s fantasy with a heart underneath the laughs.
