Quinn (Michael Moriarty) is a small-time criminal who stumbles upon the nest of Quetzalcoatl — the ancient Aztec feathered serpent god who has inexplicably taken up residence atop Manhattan’s Chrysler Building and is picking off New Yorkers from above. Quinn decides to use this information as leverage. David Carradine and Richard Roundtree are the detectives investigating.
