Robert Tracey (Jack Lemmon) and Nina Tracey (Judy Holliday) have amicably divorced after eight years of marriage — and both plunge enthusiastically into the bachelor/bachelorette life they had been curious about. Robert pursues Kim Novak; Nina takes dancing lessons. Neither is quite as fulfilled as they expected. A wonderfully light, quick-witted and thoroughly enjoyable early Lemmon comedy.
