Percy Edward Anthony (Leigh Lawson) — recipient of the world’s first successful penis transplant — has retreated to the sea in search of celibacy. Now the British government, the world’s scientists, desperate women, and a shadowy international villain (Vincent Price) are all scrambling to locate the one man who could save the human race.
