Cannon’s natural effervescence is always a treat, and Blake is surprisingly warm and personable IMDb — a pairing that gives the film a genuine spark. This film was originally supposed to be a drama; it was star Robert Blake who pushed to make it a comedy instead IMDb — and the instinct paid off.
